I normally work out 5 days a week
Monday thru thursday- and saturdays
Mondays
WARMUP
Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist
Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats
Pushups-100
Chest-5 sets of 10 of incline & decline
Triceps-5 sets of 10 of rope pull downs and some other tri substitute
Tuesdays
WARMUP
Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist
Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats
Pushups-100
Back-5 sets of 10 pull ups, 3 sets of pulldowns or row
Biceps -5 sets of 10 free weights & of Biceps machine
Calves -5 sets of 40 calves
Wednesdays
WARMUP
Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist
Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats
Pushups-100
Trapz- 5 sets of freeweight pullups
Chest- 3 sets of 10 of incline or decline
Biceps- 3 sets of curls
triceps- 3 sets of tri curls or rope
Thighs- 3 sets of leg press
back-3 sets of pullups
Thursday
WARMUP
Pushups-100
30 minute cardio
Legs-5 sets of leg press
5 sets 10 of squats
5 sets of 40 of calves
Saturday
WARMUP
Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist
Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats
Pushups-100
Trapz- 5 sets of freeweight pullups
Chest- 3 sets of 10 of incline or decline
Biceps- 3 sets of curls
triceps- 3 sets of tri curls or rope
Thighs- 3 sets of leg press
back-3 sets of pullups
