Bet Music Awards 2009!

As I arrived on the red Carpet in my Limo with a Couple of my friends, I couldn't have had more anticipation to be at this year BET Awards Ceremony, Because of the newly planned dedication/Tribute to Michael Jackson. I felt it would be historical and my obligation to attend so I had to be there in person. BET did not let me down either, from the beginning to the end, I was entertained. I laughed, I sung and at some points I even wanted to cry. BET Jamie Fox was the best pick you guys ever made to host the show. He was great! He kept me laughing and the boy can SING, I mean really sing he is so talented. With every show it has its highs and lows but not really 2 many lows with this one, other then giving Don Cornelius (Previous host of Soul train) so much damn dialogue, I damn near fell asleep and so did 50 percent of the audience Lol. The tribute to the O'jays and the O'jays themselves was amazing. Tevin Campbell is back and still got it, but why was he blinking like that? Was something in his eyes? Trey Sungs, Tyrese Gibson, Johnny Gill gave me the 2009 version of the O'jays and all sounded amazing. Ne-yo boy you know you can sing, I mean he sounded exactly like Michael and gave you Michael in every way you are definitely the R &B Man of the year, BUT WAS THIS THE DAMN NE-YO SHOW? He was in every segment. I kinda started to get tired of seeing him, but then I thought about it he had to take Chris Browns "The girl friend Beater" Place. I AM SO GLAD AND PROUD OF BET FOR NOT LETTING CHRIS BROWN COME ANYWHERE NEAR THAT STAGE! what kind of message would that have sent to our youth if they had. Keisha Cole I love you girl, you and your mother Franky. You always give me a heartfelt soulful performance, you actually sounded & looked really good. BUT! You need to smack the hell out of who ever idea it was to let you bring Monica on that stage with you! Miss Monica out sung you from start to finish. THAT WAS A BAD IDEA for you Keisha, but a good one for Miss Monica. She is back! Sounding amazing and looking HOT! Everybody else on the show that performed did alright but nothing else worth mentioning BUT BEYONCE! Omg Beyonce. BEYONCE! Beyonce, WOW! Your performance of "Ava Maria" was riveting, Classic, timeless, beautiful, Fabulous and exhalting. You made every other person that hit that stage after you or before you (Kerri Hilson) look like they couldn't compare to you on any aspect, ESP not body & beauty, and definitely not vocally. I would like to lastly Commend BET on a show well done! ESP being One that was put together in 4 days because of Micheal's death and turning out to be one of the best BET awards shows ever. I would like to also commend you all for bringing out Doctors and Mayors and Alicia keys, Wyclef john with there message of empowerment and triumph to the young and to our people, GREAT JOB BET! And i know you guys put the Awards performances together in 4 days but um did you guys also put the actual Awards together in 4 days TO? Because Lebron James should not have won "Best Athlete" CLEARLY IT WAS KOBE BRYANT, I guess after they booed his ass for damn near a minute you guys got the picture because when I watched the taping on TV Today you folks replaced the Boo's with applause LOL! STILL BET GREAT JOB!!!!

The Saddest Moment felt all over the world!

Some say 9-11 was the saddest day in America this generation has seen, but now the saddest moment felt all over the world, is when today June 25 the world heard the king of pop had died. Michael Jackson at the age of 50 had passed us on. When I heard of his death, my heart dropped! I thought to my self "this has to be a rumor", but as I flicked through every TV station, listen to every radio station, it had became apparent that it was not. The news of his death had took hold! I was sadden like i had lost my own Father. I cried and thought about how Michael Jackson had Influenced every genre of music, touched 3 generations and billions of lives and souls. Undoubtedly the King of music who reached the hearts and souls of billions & billions of a global proportion of people, before the age of internet. He is the greatest to every ascertain or entertain. I want to say farewell and give praise to the ICON OF MUSIC!

Transformers 2 "A MAJOR LET DOWN" !

Have you ever heard that a sequel to a movie always kills the Original movie, is always worst then the first. Well that's not always necessarily true, because all the Matrix Sequels surpassed 1 another , The sequel to The "Dark Night Batman" definitely supersedes the first 1, and of course the "Lord of the Rings" and All of the "Harry potter" films All got better and better with the sequels. BUT FOLKS THIS IS NOT THE CASE AS IN ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTION FILMS. I waited in line for almost 2 hours for this movie but despite the graphics and sound effects there was nothing good about it or worth waiting for. The film was all over the place , it made no sense AT ALL! the Acting was horrible, the comedic timing was off, the direction, the plot, and most of all the PROFANE FOUL LANGUAGE FILLED SCRIPT WAS THE WORST. They had parts in the movie when they was supposed to be in An Ancient Egyptian tomb but had GREEK GODS AND CUPID PAINTED ON THE WALLS. I'm No archaeologist but what happen to hieroglyphics. They had Gangster auto bots with Gold teeth. The transformers all had new powers and Decepticons was able to chose if they wanted to be good or bad and also they could Teleport. HUH? But that's not the worst, the dumbest thing that got me was SOME OF THE DECEPTICONS COULD NOW TURN INTO HUMANS. UUUM THEY ARE ALL MADE OUT OF METAL, BORN FROM A METAL PLANET BUT NOW THEY CAN TURN INTO HUMANS AND TURN THERE METALLIC ORGANIC SKIN INTO FLESH. IF THIS WAS THE CASE IN THE FIRST PLACE WHY LIVE AMONGST HUMAN AS CARS AND MACHINES WHY NOT JUST BE HUMANS THE WHOLE TIME? WOULDN'T THAT BE SMARTER? The movie was chopped up from scenes to stunts back to scenes. IT WAS SO MUCH OVER KILL NOT ENOUGH MEANING SUBSTANCE DIRECTION AND NO FOUNDATION. Not only was Megan Fox, Shia LaBeouf & Tyrese Gibson terrible in the Film but all the Actors SUCKED! Maybe it was the script or the director Micheal Bay but this film was A MAJOR LET DOWN! On a scale from 1-10 I will give it a strong 4! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY EVEN THOU I KNOW YOU ALL STILL WILL DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! :-(

This is Kelly Roland at her best People...SHE WENT OFF! Kelly Roland & David Quetta steals the show in France performing there knew hit single "when love takes over" I am so proud of you sweet heart and glad you fired Mr. knowles he was holding you back! You look and sounded Amazing and was having a blast. I love the french and there spirit so care free and always seem to be having a wonderful time. Transformers 2 Debut!

Transformers 2 comes out tommorow/tonight, I will be at the movie theatre at 12 am front and center. Transformers is one of my favorite movies cant wait to see this sequel. will give you guys the run down if its a go or no.

Ed McMahon Dies Today!

Ed McMahon died today at the age of 86 in his sleep. We all remember him as the Host from The hit Tv Show "Star search" and the Co-host of "tonight show" . My Prayers go out to his family!

President Obama's speech On Iran, Health Care, and the stimulus plan!

Today in Washington, Dc President Obama gave a news conference concerning Iran recent protest events, health Care and the stimulus plan. President Obama mention "that he was Outraged and appalled by what is going on in Iran". he also touched on making America more energy efficient. As far as you being appalled Mr. President, I am to, people are being Murdered, beaten and denied there right for peaceful protest. It sadden my heart to watch that lady Neda shot and killed right on the street like some animal. I know we have are own issues here in the U.S. but somebody is going to have to do something about this. BUT WHO? WHO WILL PICK UP THE TORCH? Despite reporters constant try to make President Obama say he was going pass his call of duty or what was going to be the consequences of Iran's actions, Obama stayed true to his pass statements and said "NO, I'm being consistent we have to let this workout in the Iranian system and its up to the Iranian government to prove the legitimacy of this election". May God be with those that live in the Iranian borders!

Metro train Tragedy!

Metro train commuter crashed in Washington metro area today monday june 22, killing six people.
D.C. Fire Chief Dennis L. Rubin said an estimated 70 people were injured, 6 of them critically hurt. The cause of the accident had not been determined. Metro spokeswoman Lisa Farbstein said "obviously something, went terribly wrong for two trains to be on the same track."
Washington Mayor Adrian Fenty told reporters it was the deadliest crash in the history of the D.C. Metrorail system.

Chris Brown Gets sentence today!

Chris Brown's preliminary hearing in Los Angeles today was his first court appearance since Brown was charged with two felonies for his Feb. 8 2009 arrest after allegedly beating model/singer and ex Girlfriend Rihanna down! Despite Chris Brown plead of not guilty to charges of assault and making criminal threats to his ex. Chris Brown was sentence to 5 YEARS PROBATION! He is not going to jail but He'll spend 180 days probation in Virginia where he lives. Chris also must enroll in domestic violence classes to work off some of his issues. If you ask me he should be put under the jail, NO MAN SHOULD BEAT UP A WOMEN LIKE THAT, I ACTUALLY THINK NO MAN SHOULD BEAT ANYONE/ANYTHING MALE/ FEMALE OR DOG LIKE HE DID HER...I dont think justice was served in this case but like most guys with these abusive tendencys im sure this isnt the first time and most definantly wont be his last, I hope we wont see him in court again for this type of violence but im sure we will!
