Hey guys heres an update...I just finished some  really INTERESTING & AMAZING interviews with Super Male Photographer Kurt R. Brown, Amazing Female Vocalist Dejah Gomez, Model/actor Nick Denbiegh, Young Entrepreneur  Miles Hobson, Celebrity personal Stylist Anthony Henderson, Multiple degree college graduate Jason strong, Celebrity Hairstylist/Actress Devine Chanel, And tomorrow I will be interviewing with Celebrity editors and movie producers Quincy & Deondrey Gosset, Celebrity Makeup Artist Terrel Mullen & Americas next top Model Eva Pigford i should be done editing all intervews and posting the new show next week monday on Oct 5, 2009 so stay tuned to MILANCHRISTOPHERTV.COM ! I want Whitney to sound like this again dont you? This is the best I have ever heard the National Anthem sung. She sounds so beautiful, hopefully she can get her voice back to this level soon! I WANT THE OLD WHITNEY BACK!

teens caught on film beating a 16-year-old to student to his death after he wandered past a gang fight coming home from school.

Derrion Albert was kicked and hit with wooden planks during an afternoon gang fight in Chicago, Illinois.

The high-achieving "honour roll" student, from Christian Fenger Academy High School, was walking to a bus stop when he got caught up in the clash. One of several young men wielding wooden planks then hits Derrion on the head. The teenager falls to the ground and appears to try to get up until he is struck again and then kicked. Five people then attack him on the ground. Silvonus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, Eric Carson, 16, and Eugene Bailey, 18, have been charged with first-degree murder after the footage was handed to police. Chicago police said they were looking for at least three more suspects.The violence stemmed from a shooting on Thursday involving two groups of students from different neighbourhoods. When school ended, members of the groups began fighting near the Agape Community Centre. Tandra Simonton, Cook County prosecutor's office spokeswoman, said Derrion was a bystander and not part of either gang. The killing has ramped up pressure on officials to crack down on chronic violence involving young people in the city. More than 30 students died violently during the past school year and chicago being where i am originally from THIS IS AN OUT RAGE. Seeing fight like this is nothing new to me but i never seen one so VIOLENT i feel so sorry for his family and my prayers go out to them. Mind you just last week a men was shoot to death during road rage in chicago..THAT CITY HAS GONE TO HELL AND IM GLAD I MOVED AWAY..SMH!

My Workout Regimen!

I normally work out 5 days a week 

Monday thru thursday- and saturdays

Mondays

WARMUP

Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist

Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats 

Pushups-100 

Chest-5 sets of 10 of incline & decline

Triceps-5 sets of 10 of rope pull downs and some other tri substitute

Tuesdays

WARMUP

Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist

Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats 

Pushups-100 

Back-5 sets of 10 pull ups, 3 sets of pulldowns or row

Biceps -5 sets of 10 free weights & of Biceps machine

Calves -5 sets of 40 calves 

Wednesdays

WARMUP

Abs-3 sets 20 on ab machine, 45 pound twist

Glutz-5 sets of 15 hold 45 pound plate doing squats 

Pushups-100

Trapz- 5 sets of freeweight pullups

Chest- 3 sets of 10 of incline or decline

Biceps- 3 sets of curls

triceps- 3 sets of tri curls or rope

Thighs- 3 sets of leg press

back-3 sets of pullups

Thursday

WARMUP

 Pushups-100

30 minute cardio

Legs-5 sets of leg press

5 sets 10 of squats

5 sets of 40 of calves

Saturday

WARMUP

Things have gotten extremely hectic with the law suite, my acting and modeling career, traveling and the development of my new website...All are petty dumb excuses-BUT NOW IM BACK!  I will be updating my blog every time I feel something is needed to be blogged about.
